What does our Human Resources Team do?
This space is home to our HR Team consisiting of Recruiting, HR Core, Active Sourcing and Employer Branding working on the mission to match talents with great opportunities through smart and data-influenced funnel managment. While Recruiting serves as the first point of contact for all recruiting and hiring issues, starting from the Job Requisition, ending with contracting, the core team is responsible für consulting the employees and people managers with reagrds to HR standards along the employee lifecycle as well as social security topics and labour law.The aim of Active Sourcing is to provide access to talents as well as choice in your recruitment processes by taking care of all active approaches to candidates for positions in the DACH regions. Our Employer Branding Team does not only drives and shares the New Work Employer Brand identity; internally and externally.

Of course we also have an IT helpdesk in our Office. If our employees have any technical issues they can report them to the IT helpdesk and get some help.
What does our Software Engineerig Team do?
For us as the largest professional online network in the German-speaking market, our employees with technical know-how naturally play a decisive role. Our software development has been agile for many years, which is reflected in the innovative power and versatility of our products.Whether Scrum or Kanban, the individual teams decide on the methodology themselves. Our great teams are working within the great variety of the world of marketing across our strong brands XING, kununu and Internations.Our versatile infrastructure and broad range of brands allows them to perfrom a variation of marketing disciplines due to our B2B and B2C customers, with a great portfolio of digital products and services (e.g., SaaS) as well as various on- and offline events such as NWX. They are able to do what they really really want whether this is product-, content- or brand marketing.Other fields, they are working in, are performance marketing (SEA/SEO), social media marketing or internal and external communications.
